Architectural Control

Article VII of the Declaration of Covenants:

The Board of Directors and the Declarant shall have the authority andstanding, on behalf of the Association, to enforce in courts of competent jurisdiction decisions of the committee established in Section 1 of this Article. This Article and the AshCreek Standards, as defined in Section 1 of this Article, may not be amended without the Declarant's written consent so long as the Declarant owns any property within AshCreek. No construction, which term shall include within its definition, staking, clearing, excavation, grading, and other site work, and no plantings or removal of plants, trees, or shrubs shall take place except in strict compliance with this Article, until the requirements thereof have been fully met, and until the approval of the Architectural Review Board has been obtained.
