Mission

AshCreek Mission and Goals

The mission of the AshCreek Property Owners Association is to have a positive, lasting impact on the quality of life in the AshCreek community. Through volunteerism and active partnerships with other civic groups, businesses, schools, neighbors and government, we will work to beautify the environment, protect property values and foster pride in our community.

Our goals include:

1. To improve and beautify the AshCreek community through encouraging the upkeep of homes and streets, through teamwork and cooperation of members of the ACPOA, and with support of the County of Hanover and other community organizations.

2. To inform members of ACPOA through the Web site, newsletter, meetings and other means of communication about events occurring in the AshCreek community and the County of Hanover of potential interest to members.

3. To encourage members to actively participate in the activities that benefit the AshCreek community and the County of Hanover.

4. To encourage members to identify with the community through events such as the yard sale, socials, parades and similar events.

5. Any other lawful purpose which generally benefits the AshCreek community and its membership.
